SouthWirth understands how important your pet is to you. As one of the few pet-friendly communities in the area, we welcome Cats and Dogs (up to 40 lbs - breed restrictions apply) to enjoy the comforts of your new apartment home, the six private acres and walking trails. PET POLICY: A one-time Pet Deposit/Fee of $500, half of which is refundable, and $25 per month Pet Rent is required.

Details: Cats and small dogs (20 lbs or less) only. There is a pet fee of $500, composed $250 refundable and $250 non-refundable deposits. Additionally, there is a $25/month pet rent.
